As health care and prescription drug costs continue to rise, we have worked diligently to continue to provide our employees with valuable health care coverage options at very reasonable costs, with Benchmark sharing in the majority of the cost.
Matching 401(k)
Employees become eligible for enrollment in the Benchmark 401(k) Investment/Retirement plan at the first quarterly enrollment period following 90 days of employment. Benchmark will match 50% of the first 6% contributed to the program.
Paid Time Off
Rather than differentiating among vacation, sick and personal time, the PTO system sets a single paid time off account for each employee that he/she may take during the year for any reason.
Hotel Room Discounts
We provide a discounted room rate and food and beverage discount for employees traveling to other Benchmark properties.
Tuition Reimbursement
To encourage employees to improve their job proficiency and personal development, we offer a tuition reimbursement program.
